Refund policy

At Kinship, we take pride in roasting and delivering coffee that is consistently fresh and delicious.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kinshipcoffeeorders@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened bags of coffee
  • Coffee purchased in error
  • Flavor preference or taste-related concerns

If you are unhappy with your coffee, please reach out — customer satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll do our best to help.

Subscription Orders

Coffee subscriptions may be modified or canceled anytime before the next billing date. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
