Powered by mineral-rich volcanic soil, the coffee grown around the Kanzu wet mill is treated with care through rigorous quality control. Farmers use techniques such as cherry flotation, sustainable water management, and dry fermentation to produce only the most exceptional coffee. This is coupled with the ideal growing conditions of the region, creating a wonderfully balanced cup bursting with fruitiness.
We get a consistent sweetness throughout the cup, with powerful notes of strawberry and yellow rainier cherries.
