Tablon de Gomez is a coffee of tradition, coming from small, family-owned farms in Nariño, Colombia. Farms are often handed down through the generations, keeping traditional practices and spirit alive. Once harvested, cherries are processed, washed, and dried on-site before being transported to the nearest dry mill.
This decaf produces a balanced and flavorful cup with bold, sweet notes of honey and berries. We love it most as a pourover, but we encourage you to try it using your favorite brew method.
